More than 40 years ARKU coil lines

 

ARKU has more than 40 years experience in building coil lines and offers cut-to-length lines, slitting lines, and flexible manufacturing lines with punching and bending operations. ARKU coil lines are in use at leading manufactures for sheet metal processing, steel-service-centers and automotive industry. Coil lines from ARKU are also processing high-tensile material reliably. 

  

ARKU cut-to-length lines

 

ARKU offers a wide range of cut-to-length lines e.g. cut-to-length lines with rotary shears or start-stop lines with stationary shears. ARKU cut-to-length lines can handle coil weights up to 40 tons and coil widths up to 2.200 mm. ARKU cut-to-length lines can be equipped with edge trimming shears and can handle sheet thicknesses from 0,1 mm up to 20 mm. Additional to hot- and cold-rolled steel, ARKU coil lines can process e.g. galvanized or painted strips, stainless steel, aluminum or copper.

 

ARKU slitting lines

 

To slit hot- or cold-rolled coils, ARKU offers slitting lines for sheet-metal strips up to 6 mm thickness. Modern concepts for short set-up times and the implementation of long-time proven components provide best availability of ARKU coil lines. Slitting lines from ARKU can handle coil widths up to 2000 mm and materials up to 6 mm thickness. ARKU slitting lines are processing e.g. hot- and cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum or copper with a line speed up to 400 m/min or above.

 

Flexible sheet processing with ARKU

 

ARKU offers coil lines for flexible sheet processing. Cut-to-length lines can be equipped with punching and bending operations. ARKU offers multiblanking lines, lines for tailored strips and tailored blanks, flexible cut-to-length lines for shaped blanks. In close cooperation with ARKU, Trumpf has developed and sold a coil-fed laser system.
